大同市群众体育社团的开展现状与发展对策

Present Situation Investigation and Analysis of Datong Mass Sports Club Development

运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以大同市群众体育社团组织的内部要素结构和开展现状为研究内容,通过对现阶段大同市体育社团的组织要素、要素之间关系和开展现状的实证调查,发现群众体育社团在组织结构和开展过程中存在的问题,分析其产生的原因,进而从社会学、管理学的角度提出改变现状的基本思路,为大同市体育事业的发展提供参考。

In this study,using the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,taking Datong internal elements of mass sports club organization structure and the current situation as the research content,through investigation on the relation between organizational elements,elements of the sports association and present situation,found that mass sports club organization structure and at present stage the problems existing in the process.To analyze the causes of the problem,and then from the Angle of sociology and management,put forward basic ideas to change the status quo,combining previous research results,to provide the reference for the development of Datong city sports.
