摘要 大柳塔煤矿目前正在回采5^(-2)煤层,综采工作面采高达到7 m,矿压显现强烈,回采过程中经常出现老顶局部突然垮落的现象,特别是在工作面两端头三角区域比较突出。顶板垮落后有时直接作用于支架掩护梁上,将工作面液压支架推出,造成设备损坏。为了解决这一难题,大柳塔煤矿通过分析老顶突然垮落的原因,有针对性地采取了高压水预裂和退锚索等技术措施,同时制定了相应的工作面顶板控制和安全预防措施,取得了良好的效果。 Daliuta coal mine is mining 5^(-2) coal seam and the mining height is up to 7 m.The mine pressure is strong and the phenomenon of main roof suddenly collapse often appears,especially in the delta region of face ends.The roof collapse sometimes directly acts on the support beam,and the hydraulic support of the working face is pushed out,which cause equipment damage.Through the cause analysis of main roof suddenly collapse in Daliuta coal mine,the technical measures of pre-splitting by high pressure water and unloading anchor cables were carried out,while the corresponding roof control measures and safety precautions are worked out.The application achieved good control effect.
