矿山企业辅助救护队建设现状及发展对策研究

Study on the construction status and development countermeasures of auxiliary rescue teams in mine enterprises

完善辅助救护队建设,加强应急救援工作,是矿山应急管理的重要工作内容。从我国矿山企业辅助救护队法律法规建设、救援队伍建设和救援装备配备几个方面,对我国当前矿山企业辅助救护队建设现状进行了分析,指出了存在的问题,并对其发展方向做了探讨,提出:应加强应急管理信息化建设,促进专业化、正规化、标准化人才队伍建设,推进新型矿山救援装备配备,建立长效运行保障机制。

Improving the construction of auxiliary rescue teams and strengthening emergency rescue work is important task of mine emergency management.From the aspects of the laws and regulations construction,the rescue team building and the rescue equipment in the auxiliary rescue team of the mining enterprise,the current status of the auxiliary rescue team in mining enterprises was analyzed,the existing problems were pointed out and the development directions were discussed.The auxiliary rescue teams in mining enterprises must strengthen emergency management information construction,promote the construction of specialization,standardization,standardization talent team construction,provide new mine rescue equipments and establish a long-term operation guarantee mechanism.
