摘要
为处理布尔台区域多年堆积的矸石,对寸草塔矿矸石充填开采技术进行了可行性研究。结合现场的实际条件,确定采用粒径不超过100 mm的矸石散料为主的矸石固体充填开采方案。为保障矸石投送能力,计划采用从地面到井下的矸石垂直投料系统,并对充填液压支架和后刮板输送机进行了选型。设计采用自动化充填系统、采充平行作业和采用大流量双乳化液泵站确保达到设计生产能力。寸草塔矿充填处理矸石的成本为6.2元/t,经济和社会效益显著。
In order to deal with the accumulated gangue for many years,the feasibility of gangue filling mining technology in Cuncaota coal mine was studied.Combined with the actual conditions,the gangue solid filling mining scheme with gangue particle size less than 100 mm was adopted.For ensuring the gangue transportation capacity,the gangue vertical feeding system from the ground to the underground was designed,and the filling hydraulic support and scraper conveyor was selected.The automatic filling system,mining and filling in parallel operation and large flow double emulsion pump station was used to ensure the designed production capacity.The cost of gangue filling is 6.20 yuan/ton,and the economic and social benefit is significant.
