摘要
结合大柳塔煤矿12316综采工作面初采期间使用水力压裂控制顶板的技术研究和应用实践,通过井下试验、现场写实、实践验证相结合的方法,研究了水力压裂对顶板岩层的弱化及初次垮落的作用。结果表明,采用水力压裂控制采空区顶板期间,工作面老顶初次来压步距为36 m,要比强制放顶缩短5 m。更重要的是,采空区顶板初次垮落期间未形成冲击,未对工作面产生影响,实现了工作面初采安全,达到了预期的控顶效果,为今后在大柳塔煤矿其他综采工作面的推广应用提供了实践基础。
Combined with the application practice of hydraulic fracturing control roof technology during the initial mining period of No.12316 fully mechanized mining face in Daliuta Coal Mine,by using the methods of underground test,field observation and practice verification,the effect of hydraulic fracturing on roof rock weakening and initial caving was studied.By using hydraulic fracturing control technology,the first weighting step of main roof in working face is 36 m,which is 5m shorter than that of forced caving.The roof first caving has not formed a shock phenomenon and has no influence on the working face,which realizes the safety of initial mining in working face and achieves the expected control effect.The research provides practical basis for the popularization and application of hydraulic fracturing technology in other fully mechanized mining faces.
