综采工作面动载矿压防治技术应用

Application of dynamic rock pressure control technology in fully mechanized mining face

摘要 针对首采工作面过上覆22煤集中煤柱时发生动载矿压、造成大面积压架事故,提出了利用卸压爆破方法处理上覆集中煤柱形成的动载矿压。通过计算得出了爆破具体参数,并对爆破前、后工作面回采期间矿压进行对比分析,实施卸压爆破后工作面压力明显减小,证明卸压爆破对于有效防治动载矿压具有显著的效果。 According to the large-scale support crushing accident caused by the dynamic rock pressure when the first mining face passing through the overlying concentrated coal pillar,the pressure relief blasting method was proposed to deal with the overburdened coal pillar.The specific parameters of the blasting were obtained by theoretical calculation.The comparison and analysis shows that after the pressure relief blasting,the working face pressure decreases obviously,and the pressure relief blasting has remarkable effect in controlling the dynamic ground pressure.
