摘要 石圪台选煤厂为了提高加压过滤机的使用效果,采取了螺旋分选机精矿弧形筛筛下煤泥水分流一部分对加压过滤机进行掺粗,改善了加压过滤机的入料粒度组成,缩短了排料时间,增加了排料量。同时将凝聚剂从缓冲池和入料管道分出一部分至加压过滤机入料桶,实现了凝聚剂的双重作用,在浓缩池内凝聚煤泥利于沉降,得到澄清的循环水;在煤泥桶里聚团又利于过滤,提高加压过滤机的工作效率。 In Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant,in order to improve the use effect of the pressurized filter,by changing process flow,the feeding particle size composition of the pressurized filter is improved,the discharging time is shortened and the amount of discharge is increased.While,by separating a portion of coagulant to the feeding barrel of pressurized filter,the dual role of the coagulant is achieved,the agglomeration of slime in the concentration tank is favorable for settling and pure circulating water is obtained,the agglomeration in the coal slime barrel is favorable for filtration and the working efficiency of the pressure filter is improved.
