在煤炭行业去产能的大背景下,煤炭设计市场已经出现断崖式下滑,各大设计院都在寻求脱困的良策。围绕神东设计公司发展所存在的问题,对如何在新常态下推进企业的发展及转型升级进行探索分析,提出了相应的对策和建议。
In the big background of reducing production in the coal industry,the coal design market has emerged cliff style decline,the major design institutes are seeking good solutions for getting out of trouble.In order to solve the existing problems in the development of Shendong design company,how to promote the development and transformation of enterprises under the new conditions was probed,and some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
