摘要
从煤炭企业基层管理现状出发,通过研究新形势下企业基层组织现状和存在的问题,分析并提出构建"三横五纵"管理体系,创建"12335"团队建设模式,采用"8020"正面考核激励和评价的方式等举措,最终实现提高员工工作积极性,提高各级人员责任心,最终提高基层团队执行力、向心力,提高煤炭企业竞争力的预期目标。
Based on the management status of coal enterprises at the grass-roots level,by studying the current situation and existing problems of the enterprise grass-roots organizations under the new situation,the management system of"three horizontal and five vertical"was proposed,and"12335"team construction model was created.By adopting"8020"positive incentive and evaluation methods,the enthusiasm and responsibility of staff was raised,the implementation ability and centripetal force of the grass-roots team was strengthened,and the competitiveness of coal enterprises was improved.
