在全球信息化的背景下,智能制造已经成为加速我国走向制造业强国的一项长期战略,成为一种新常态。智能制造本身与新能源行业的研究和应用结合紧密,从IT项目工程管理以及实施方法的角度,结合智能制造系统的特点,以智能制造系统活动的结构与过程为分析域,提出了智能制造系统实施方法论。

In the context of global informationization,smart manufacturing is a long-term strategy to accelerate China＇ s move towards manufac- turing power and become a new normal. Smart manufacturing is closely related to research and application of new energy industry. From the view of IT project management and implementation method, combined with the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing system, using the structure and process of activity of intelligent manufacturing system as analysis domain, the implementation methodology of smart manufacturing system is proposed.
