关于中俄关系的若干思考

Thoughts on Sino-Russian Relations

中俄两国关系处于历史上最正常，也是最好的时期，是战略协作“准同盟”关系，“一带一路”倡议共同发展伙伴关系。应该以新视角、新理论、新方法、新实践、新议题来拓展、突破和提升中俄关系研究，创造性地比较研究中俄关系与中美关系的特点，正确认识经济因素、历史因素、领导人因素以及美国因素对中俄关系的影响。对于中俄关系，既要有立体的多学科、交叉学科综合研究，又要有具体领域的微观和个案剖析，既要重视高级政治关系并发挥其引领作用，也要关注和提高低级政治关系的功能。“一带一盟”对接合作实现共同发展是中俄关系新的增长点。

Currently, Sino-Russian relation is at its best in history, which is considered as ＂quasi-alliance＂ of strategic cooperation. It should be expanded, broken through and enhanced with new perspectives, new theories, new methods, new practices and new topics. The impact of economic factors, historical factors, leaders and external factors on Sino Russian relations should be correctly understood. This paper makes a comparative study of the characteristics of Sino-Russian relations, and deeply analyzes the role of transposition thinking, the factors of domestic politics and national image. For Sino-Russian relations, we should have a comprehensive study of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary subjects as well as microcosmic and case analysis in specific fields. We should attach importance both to high-level political relations and low level political relations.
