摘要
通过对重庆市主城区居民的问卷调查,建立了居民个体属性对其职住关系影响的回归模型,分析了个体属性与通勤方式、通勤时间、通勤距离三个基本指标之间的定量关系。结果显示:居民个体属性对其职住特征有明显的影响,不同群体拥有不同的职住特征,性别与家庭对职住关系的影响取决于特定家庭成员的空间需求;经济因素对职住关系的影响体现在不同收入人群对不同品质居住区的选择;受教育水平和户籍对职住关系的影响较为特殊,体现了教师和外来务工人员这两类群体居住空间选择的特殊性。
Based on the survey for the urban residents in Chongqing, this essay establishes regression model for urban residents' individual attribute with the job -housing relation- ship, and analyzes the relations between urban residents' indi- vidual attribute with three basic indexes (commuting mode, commuting time and commuting distance). The results show that the residential individual attribute influences significantly the job - housing balance. The different group has different require- ment for the job and housing relationship. The relation between the sex and the job - housing balance depends on the space re- quirements for the special family members; The relation between the economy and job - housing balance depends on the require- ment of different group with different - level salaries for the dif- ferent quality community. Furthermore, the influences of the ed- ucation level and household register on the job - housing balance are more particular. The result indicates that the teachers and migrant workers have special requirements for the residential space.
