摘要
针对某化工基地现有装置盈利能力有限,探讨利用天然气发展高附加值乙二醇和高十六烷值柴油的可能。经过初步测算,在满足基地物料平衡的基础上,充分利用合成氨装置中的气体净化及合成气变换工段,改造为费托合成工厂,生产高十六烷值柴油的效益较好。
In view of the limited profitability of the equipment in a chemical base,we discussed the possibility of using natural gas for producing high added value products including ethylene glycol and high cetane number diesel oil.On the basis of meeting the base material balance,through preliminary calculation,we make full use of gas purification and syngas conversion devices in ammonia plant,transforming those devices to Fischer-Tropsch synthesis factory,the production efficiency of high cetane number diesel was better.
