摘要
以山东唐阳煤矿2312工作面地质条件为背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟,分析了复杂应力场下煤巷围岩支护情况,并对巷道锚网索支护系统进行优化。研究表明:受复杂应力场影响,巷道的两帮出现明显的应力集中现象,并呈"蝴蝶"形非对称现象分布,外帮应力集中区域明显大于回采帮。对比普通支护体系,巷道矿压显现程度较轻,顶板和两帮移近量较小。通过观测数据可知,采用优化后的煤巷围岩锚网索支护系统可有效控制围岩变形,能够达到预期支护效果。
Based on the geological conditions of 2312 panel in Tangyang Coal Mine of Shandong province,the application of boltmesh-anchor-supporting in surrounding rocks of coal roadway with complex stress field is analyzed and optimized through its mechanical characteristics utilizing the FLAC3D numerical simulation.Results show that the highly concentrated stress with the butterfly asymmetrical distribution is obvious due to the effect of the complex stress field;the affected-zone of the outside rib is larger than that of the other rib.Compared with the common supporting,the strata behaviors of the roadway are relatively light,which shows that the roof subsidence and the ribs convergence are smaller.According to the measurement,the numerical results from the bolt-mesh-anchor-supporting can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rocks and meet the expected goal.
