摘要
采用纳米碳酸钙与气相法白炭黑作补强填料制备阻燃有机硅密封胶,研究了其与阻燃填料的相容性。结果表明,气相法白炭黑与含氮阻燃填料FS-480D单独配合使用时,阻燃填料用量需超过45%才可使密封胶阻燃性能达到FV-0级,且此时密封胶触变性很差;若再复配使用3%的三氧化二锑作协效阻燃填料,虽可减少一半的含氮阻燃填料用量,但触变性仍较差。当纳米碳酸钙用量为50%,含氮阻燃填料FS-480D用量为18%时,密封胶的阻燃性能即可达到FV-0级,力学性能较好且触变性不受影响。
The test of the flame retardant silicone sealant was carried out with nanometer calcium carbonate and fumed silica as reinforcing filler respectively, comparing the compatibility of the flame retardant fillers. Results showed that if the nitrogen flame retardant FS - 480D was used with fumed silica alone, the flame retardancy of the silicone sealant could achieve Level FV -0 only when the flame retardant amount was more than 45%, but the property of thixotropy is very poor. In addition, 3% of antimony trioxide was used as the flame retardant synergist, it could reduce the amount of nitrogen by a half, but the thiotropy was still poor. When the nanometer calcium carbonate was 50%, and the nitrogen-containing flame retardant filler FS -480D was 18%, the flame retardant performance of sealant could reach Level FV -0, with good mechanical properties and thixotropy.
