隔离垫块防粘材料对有机硅密封胶拉伸粘接性的影响

摘要 考察了蜡光纸、聚四氟乙烯带和聚乙烯膜包裹隔离垫块时,对有机硅密封胶拉伸粘接性的影响。结果表明,这3种防粘材料对拉伸粘接性均有一定影响:对单组分有机硅密封胶的拉伸强度影响不大,但使用PE膜时试样的拉断伸长率提高了18%~46%;对透明有机硅密封胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均有明显影响,使用PTFE带时试样的拉伸强度提高了19%~52%,拉断伸长率提高了35%~77%;对双组分有机硅密封胶的拉伸强度影响不大,但使用PE膜时试样的拉断伸长率略高于使用PTFE带时的测试结果,且比使用蜡光纸时提高了13%~35%。 This article studies the influence of flint paper, PTFE tape and PE film, when used to wrap the spacer bar, on the tensile strength of the silicone sealant. Results show that the three materials affect the ten- sile strength to some degrees. There is little influence on the one component silicone sealant, while the elonga- tion at break of the specimen increases 18% -46% when using PE film. There are great influence on the ten- sile strength and elongation at break of the transparent silicone sealant, the tensile strength of the specimen in- creases 19% -52%, elongation at break increases 35% - 77% with PTFE. There is little influence on the tensile strength of two-component silicone that with PTFE, and 13% - 35% higher sealant, but the elongation at break with PE is a little bit higher than than that with the flint paper.
