摘要
设计了RTV防污闪涂料自动化浸涂工艺参数并研制了配套浸涂设备,实现了浸涂工序的自动化生产,提高了涂覆效率,减少了生产过程中的VOC排放,避免了粉尘污染,降低了RTV涂料的消耗,适用于各类绝缘子。采用该浸涂工艺制备的绝缘子RTV涂层外观一致性好、厚度均匀。
The automatic dip-coating technology of RTV antifouling flash coating was studied, the process parameters were designed, and the dip-coating equipment was developed and the automatic production of the dip-coating process was realized which enhanced the work efficiency. The RTV surface of the insulator made by the dip-coating process had better efficiency and equal surface thickness. This process reduced the VOC e- mission, eliminated the dust pollution, improved the level of the safety and environmental protection and re- duced the consumption of RTV coatings. It was applied on various types of insulators, whose appearance was uniform, with homogeneous thickness.
