体育俱乐部教学改革质量保障体系研究——以钦州学院为例

A Study of Quality Guarantee System of Sports Club Teaching Reform——A Case Study of Qinzhou University

高校体育教学质量研究一直是体育教学研究的热点。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实践调查法等对钦州学院体育俱乐部教学进行研究,解读了质量保障的内涵与价值;探究了目标性、系统性、整体性、可行性的质量保障原则;构建了决策系统助力、目标系统支撑、制度系统护航、支持系统保障、奖惩系统关怀、宣传系统助推、反馈系统眷念的教学质量保障体系。

The study of college P.E. teaching quality has always been a focus of P.E. teaching research. A study of Qinzhou University＇s sports club teaching system was conducted by methods of literature review,logical analysis,practice survey,etc. In this study,the connotation and value of quality guarantee was analyzed,and the principles of quality guarantee were explored in terms of being target-oriented,systematic,holistic and feasible. Thus a teaching quality guarantee mechanism was set up with policy support,clear target,high-efficient administration,a system of rewards and penalties,publicizing support,as well as a complete feedback system.
