In view of the experience in VTS operation at home and abroad, the paper provides specific suggestions for China＇ s VTS in getting prepared for IMO Member State Audit based on studying IMO Member State Audit Scheme as well as the conventions and IALA recommendations and guidelines on VTS concerning the auditp.
