The WSA process is a wet acid making process developed by Denmark Haldor Tapsoe Company. The WSA process has been widely used because it is simple with high heat recovery rate and less pollution, and the finished products are high quality sulfuric acid and steam. However, most factories have a low capacity utilization rate when adopt the WSA process to make sulfuric acid out of the coke oven acid gas, By practicing, SGIS has found an effective way to ensure steady production.
