莱钢2号高炉停炉前采取了有利于活跃炉缸和清洗炉墙等措施,确保了降料线时炉况稳定顺行.降料线至炉腰有效防止发生爆震现象,提高了降料面的安全性.更换过程制定了人员不进炉内、炉壳不开孔快速更换冷却壁的方案,用时60 h,高炉顺利复风.

Before the shutdown was taken, measures such as active hearth and furnace wall cleaning were adopted for ensu- ring the furnace conditions stable during the dropping stock-line. The stock-line dropped to the belly which effectively pre- vented the occurrence of the phenomena of detonation and vibration and improved the safety of burden reduction. A solution for rapid replacement of cool walls without entering the furnace and making holes on the furnace shell was made. It took 60 hours to reblow-in smoothly.
