摘要
运用词汇学研究方法,大量收集与师范气质相关词汇,通过词汇熟悉度和清晰度的评定,筛选出92个相关形容词,将其编制成词汇评定量表。在对500名师范生与100名非师范生进行调查后,通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对师范气质的结构与特征进行探讨,获得了师范气质的4个维度,按照重要性排序分别是"博""爱""艺""雅"。最后,据此对各维度的所获评分的均值进行性别、专业的差异比较。
Applying lexicology research method,the article first collected plenty of vocabularies associated with teachers＇ qualities through vocabulary familiarity and clarity evaluation,selected 92 related adjectives, and compiled it into rating scale. Second, after investigating 500 students and 100 teachers, through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the structure and characteristics of teachers＇ qualities, the four dimensions of teachers＇qualities were formed and sorted by importance including broadness,love ,art and elegance. Finally, on the basis of the mean of each dimension score ,the article compared differences of ~ender and profession.
