摘要
为有效提升农户参加种植技术培训意识、提高农户种植技术、稳定甜瓜生产,以哈密市甜瓜种植农户为例,从农户参加农业技术培训的行为视角出发,基于多元有序Logistic回归模型对农户参加农业技术培训频率的影响因素进行分析。研究结果显示,农户民族、家庭务农人口占比、是否参加合作社、甜瓜单产、甜瓜经济收入极显著影响农户参加相关农业技术培训频率;农户所在地区、年龄、文化程度、人均收入、技术需求、甜瓜种植面积、生产方式、生产品种、是否有耕地转入对农户参加相关农业技术培训频率无显著影响。最后,提出为提高农户参加农业技术培训的对策建议。
In order to effectively enhance the farmers" awareness of participating in the cultivation technology training, improve the planting techniques for farmers, stabilize melon production, this paper took the farmers of Hami as an example from the perspective of farmers" participation in agricultural technology training. Based on the multiple orderly logistic regression model, the factors of farmers" participation in agricultural technology training frequency were analyzed. The results showed that the influences of that farmers" nation, family proportion of the population working in agriculture, whether to participate in cooperatives, per 667 m2 yield, melon income had significant effect to the technical training frequency. The factors of farmers" region, age, education level, per capita income, technical requirements, melon cultivated area, production method, production variety, whether there was farmland transferred had no significant effects the technical training frequency. Finally, we proposed some suggestions to improve the technical training frequency.
