摘要 本文建立了分体式空调外机跌落和随机振动的CAE分析和预测方法,对跌落过程外机顶盖的应力分布和能量变化有直观的认识,有助于快速确定外机跌落时顶盖故障损坏解决方案;结合随机振动和踩踏的振动性能要求,对顶盖进行了形貌优化,大大提高了顶盖刚度性能。 In this paper, the CAE analysis and prediction method for the drop and random vibration of the split air conditioners are established. It has an intuitive understanding of the stress distribution and energy change of the top cover dropprocess, which helps to quickly determine the top cover fault damage solution. Combined with vibration performance of stochastic vibration and stampede, the topology of the top cover is optimized, which greatly improves the performance of top coverstiffness.
