Processing Method and Equipment Analysis of Aluminium Pot Used to Heat Cooking Pot

一种用于为烹饪锅具内锅加热的铝锅,包括锅体、发热管,锅体底面的周边开有发热管安放槽,将发热管安装在铝锅的发热管安放槽内;对铝锅的锅体外表面滚压,形成滚压槽,将发热管限制在发热管安放槽内,并使滚压槽紧贴并卡住发热管。采用滚压工艺将发热管牢固地固定在金属锅上,加工步骤少,结构简单,成本低,质量较轻,导热性好,寿命长,运输方便。

An aluminium pot is used to heat the cooking pot, including pot body and heating tube. A heat tube is placed around the base of the pan, then the external surface of the pan is rolled down to form a rolling trough, making the rolling trough close to and cling the heating tube. It has advantages of lesser processing steps, simple structure, low cost, light quality, good thermal conductivity, long life and convenient transportation.
