Big data environment and the ＂Internet ＋＂ concept promote the progress of social information service translformation in service mode, service concept and service contents. As an information service institution, library can promote transformation and de- velopment of the university library＇s information service, by setting up information service concept based on big data, building joint information service mode, constructing collaborative library resources system, strengthening the construction of talent team and the education of users, diverging service mode, expanding the category of information service.
