“双一流”背景下高校图书馆学科服务人才队伍建设探析

Research on Disciplines Service and Talents Team Construction of University Library Under the Background of "Double World-class"

"双一流"建设向高校图书馆的学科服务提出了更高、更深的要求,为顺应"双一流"建设的要求,高校图书馆学科服务馆员面临新的任务和挑战。本文以分析"双一流"背景下学科服务内涵的变化以及学科服务的核心业务为基础,提出学科服务馆员应具备的核心能力,并就加强学科服务人才队伍建设提出三点建议,以期为高校图书馆学科服务建设提供思路。

The proposal of ＂Double World-class＂ construction ＇puts forward higher and deeper requirements for the discipline service of university library. In order to meet requirements, the discipline service librarians of university are facing new tasks and challenges. Based on the analysis of the change of the connotation and core business of the discipline service under the background of ＂Douh｜e World-class＂, the paper points out the core competence of the discipline service librarians, and raises three suggestions on the con- struction of talent team, hopes to provide new ideas for the construction of university library discipline service.
