安装国产一、二系簧的地铁车辆动力学特性分析

摘要 为研究安装一、二系簧的地铁车辆在线路运行时的安全性和平稳性,特对安装有国产化一、二系簧的地铁车辆进行线路动力学试验和数据分析,试验和分析结果表明:装置国产化一、二系簧的转向架车辆,其轮重减载率、脱轨系数、轮轴横向力及平稳性等指标,均满足GB/T 5599—1985的要求,这些结论可为研发地铁车辆转向架用关键一、二系弹簧提供参考。 In order to research safety and stability of the metro vehicle assembled with primary spring and secondary spring during running state, line dynamic test and data analysis are carried out on metro vehicles loaded with bogies including nationalized primary and secondary springs. It indicates by test and analysis results that the wheel weight reduction rate, coefficient of derailment, transverse force of wheel axle, stability, etc. of such vehicles can completely satisfy requirements of GB/T 5599-1985, which can be used as reference for researching primary and secondary springs of bogies used for metro vehicles.
