城轨车辆单轴转向架液压径向机构的研究

摘要 文章对运用于城轨车辆单轴转向架的一种液压径向机构进行了研究。通过分析转向架的径向增益,得到径向增益与控制油缸和径向油缸活塞面积之比的关系。进一步建立了液压径向机构的AMESim模型,结合车辆SIMPACK动力学模型,建立了一个基于SIMULINK仿真平台的联合仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该液压径向机构在车辆通过曲线时能够较好控制车辆转向架处于径向位置,各轮对的冲角都处于一个较小的状态。 This paper studies a hydraulic radial mechanism used in the single-axle bogie of mass transit vehicles. By analyzing the radial gain of the bogie, the relationship between the radial gain and the ratio between the control cylinder and the piston area of the radial cylinder is obtained. The AMESim model of hydraulic radial mechanism is established. Based on the SIMPACK dynamic model of vehicle, a simulation model based on SIMULINK simulation platform is established. The simulation results show that the hydraulic radial mechanism can better control the vehicle bogie in the radial position when the vehicle passes the curve and each wheelset attack angle is small.
