摘要 文章分析了悬挂式单轨车辆的结构,运用ADAMS动力学分析软件建立了车辆的动力学仿真模型。仿真分析了不同导向轮预压力下车辆的曲线通过性能指标,得出了各项曲线通过性能指标随导向轮预压力的变化趋势,且各项曲线通过性能指标均满足要求。在各项指标满足要求的前提下,选择最适合的导向轮预压力使曲线通过性能最优,提高过曲线时乘坐的舒适性。 This paper presents the structure of suspended monorail vehicle, and uses the dynamic analysis software ADAMS to build a dynamic simulation model of vehicle. It simulates and analyzes the curving performance indices of vehicle at different pre-pressure of steering tire, concludes the variation trends of curving performance indeces of the vehicle with the pre-pressure of steering tire, and each curving performance index of the vehicle meets the relevant requirement. On the premise that each curving performance index of the vehicle meeting requirements, the optimal pre-pressure of steering tire is selected to optimize the the curving performance and improve the riding comfort.
