摘要
针对液体推进剂突发事故应急救援的个体防护需要,研制了供气式液体推进剂防护服。研制的防护服为全包覆隔绝式结构,采用长管供气方式,并设计配备了应急逃生装置,能对液体推进剂提供有效防护,总体防护因数〉125,呼吸防护因数〉30 000,有效解决了现役液体推进剂防护服防护因数低、防护可靠性不足、人员穿戴生理舒适性差等问题,能满足液体推进剂一级防护的需求。
Aiming at the individual protection needs of emergency rescue in liquid propellant accident, the protec- tive clothing with air supply used for liquid propellan was prepared. The prepared protective clothing has a full-clad- ding and isolated structure. By using the long tube gas supply mode and designing and equipping with the emergency escape device, the effective protection for liquid propellant can be provided, The total protection factor is more than 125, the respiratory protection factor is more than 30 000, and the problems existing in the active service protective clothing for liquid propellant such as low protection factor, insufficient protection reliability and poor personnel wear- able physiological comfort and so on can be effectively solved. Therefore, the need of first order protection for liquid propellant can be satisfied.
