Discussion on the Application of Cultural Elements in Industrial Park Planning——Take the Concept Planning of Yaozhou Ceramic Culture Industrial Park as an Example

随着文化产业的蓬勃发展、区域竞争的日益激烈,大遗址以其突出的历史、艺术、科学和社会的价值而成为新的开发热点,其保护与开发利用的矛盾也日益显现。文章以耀州陶瓷文化产业园概念规划为例,讨论文化要素在产业园规划中的应用,深入发掘文化内涵,将文化融入到产业园的功能分配、空间布局以及主题园区的设计和策划中去,形成一条可以贯穿整个园区的主线,形成完整的文化产业链。

With the vigorous development of cultural industry and increasingly fierce regional competition, the great site has become a new hot spot for development with its outstanding historical, artistic, scientific and social values, and the contradiction between its protection, development and utilization is also increasingly apparent. Taking the concept planning of ceramic culture industrial park in Yaozhou as an example, this article discusses the application of cultural elements in the industrial park planning; deeply explores the cultural connotation to integrate culture into the functional distribution and spatial layout of industrial park and the design and planning of theme park; form a main line that runs through the whole park and form a complete cultural industry chain.
