城市街区热舒适性与空间行为关联性研究 被引量:5

A Study on the Correlation between Thermal Comfort and Spatial Behavior in Urban Block

摘要 空间形态会影响热舒适性,同时也和环境行为有密切的关联。对于城市街区而言,室外热环境不仅受到区域大气候的影响,也会受到属地微气候的作用,而影响微气候的主要因素是街区形态^([1])。从另一方面看,街区形态包括主次街布局、道路密度、节点形态等特征,这些因素也会对个体的行为判断产生影响,所以,街区形态很大程度上决定了行为活动的分布^([2])。从人体热舒适性和空间行为的相互关联角度出发,结合街区式商业综合体这一典型的城市街区类型,通过"街区原型设计+计算机数值模拟"和"多元线性回归分析+空间叠图"的研究方法,评价室外空间热舒适性和空间行为的相关性。最后分析不同街区形态要素对关联度的影响,讨论如何改变特定形态要素来促进关联度,从而提升街区式商业综合体室外空间的环境绩效。 Spatial shape will affect the thermal comfort; meanwhile, it is also closely related to environmental behavior. For urban blocks, the outdoor thermal environment is not only affected by the regional climate, but also by the local micro-climate, the main factor affecting the micro-climate is the block shape [1]. On the other hand, the shape of neighborhoods include the layout of primary and secondary streets, the density of roads and the shape of nodes~ those factors will also affect the individual's behavior judgment. Therefore, the shape of blocks largely determines the distribution of behavioral activities [2]. Based on the correlation of thermal comfort of the human body and spatial behavior; combine the typical urban block type of block commercial complex; through the "block prototype design + computer numerical simulation" and "multivariate linear regression analysis + spatial overlay" research methods, this article evaluates the relevance of outdoor space's thermal comfort and spatial behavior. Finally, it analyzes the influence of different block shape elements on the level of correlation; discusses how to change the specific shape elements to promote the correlation level and to improve the environmental performance of the outdoor space in the block commercial complex.
