摘要 目的总结信息化吸氧系统在临床护理中的应用效果。方法在全院移动护理工作站及无线网络等硬件的支持下,自主设计并构建信息化吸氧系统,利用i Touch和条形码等信息技术,完成吸氧信息的记录及电脑自动计费,从而替代传统的手工书写及人工计费,全程操作痕迹可查询、可追溯,使临床操作更规范、安全。结果 2015年6月启用信息化吸氧系统后,护士吸氧操作时间由原来的5分钟缩短为2分钟,吸氧卡的书写规范率由原来的84%提高到100%,计费错误率由原来的6.6%下降至0.7%,未发生相关投诉。结论信息化吸氧系统的应用使护士的书写更简便、省时、规范、准确,计费错误率明显下降,提高了工作效率,提升了护理品质。 Objective To summarize the effect of informationized oxygen system in clinical nursing. Methods With the support of mobile nurse stations and wireless networks in the hospital, we independently designed and constructed an information-based oxygen inhalation system, on which information technology such as iToueh and barcode was used to record oxygen inhalation and realize automatic computer billing. Thus traditional manual writing and billing was replaced, and the entire operation trace can be searched and traced, so that clinical practice became more standardized and safe. Results After introducing the information-based oxygen inhalation system in June 2015, the inhalation operation time of the nurses was shortened from the original 5 minutes to 2 minutes. The rate of standardized writing of oxygen card was improved from 84% to 100%, and the error billing rate fell to 0.7% from 6.6%. Besides, no related complaints occurred. Conclusion The application of information-based oxygen inhalation system makes nurses" writing easier, more time-saving, standardized and accurate. Error billing rate decreases also significantly. The efficiency of work and quality of care gets improved.
