摘要
以两河口水电站的砾石土心墙堆石坝为例,对大坝掺砾土料进行现场碾压试验,分析其压实特性,并确定碾压机械设备、铺料方式、碾压程序、碾压施工参数(包括填土料级配、填筑厚度、碾压遍数、行车速度),并提出了施工质量控制标准与试验检测方法,从而为同类型条件下的施工提供参考。
Taking the gravel soil core wall rockfill dam of Lianghekou Hydropower Station as an example, the gravel soil material for dam filling is subjected to on-site rolling tests. Based on test data, the compaction characteristics is analyzed, and the rolling equipment, laying mode, rolling procedures and roller compaction parameters( including filling material gradation, filling thickness, rolling times and driving speed) are finally determined. The construction quality control standards and test methods are also put forward to provide references for the dam construction of similar projects.
