红外水分测定仪在PVC生产中的应用

Application of infrared moisture meter in PVC production

采用红外水分测定仪与烘箱法检测PVC树脂的水含量,并对检测结果进行了对比标定。讨论了红外水分测定仪应用于PVC生产的意义及其实时检测效果。指出红外水分测定仪的实时检测功能可有效控制PVC树脂的水含量,并具有操作简便、准确度高的特点。

The water content in PVC resins was measured by infrared moisture meter and by oven method, and the results were compared and calibrated. The significance of applying infrared moisture meter in PVC production was discussed as well as its real time detection effects. It was pointed out that the real time detection function of infrared moisture meter could effectively control the water content in PVC resins, and the detection was simple and had high accuracy.
