翅片式散热器气蚀研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过SolidWorks Flow Simulation流体分析软件,结合实际生产情况探究翅片式散热器气蚀现象。目的是改善翅片式散热器气蚀现象,以东莞市某公司第五水厂二期配水泵房4台机组为研究对象。通过流体分析软件仿真不同运行条件下的翅片式散热器气蚀现象,包括降低散热器进水压力、增加散热器进水口挡板等。对比仿真结果可以看出降低散热器进水压力、增加散热器进水口挡板均可以改善其气蚀现象,减轻铜管腐蚀速度,降低设备故障率。
