摘要 以紫叶李带腋芽茎段为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究了植物生长调节剂、水解乳蛋白以及不同外植体部位对紫叶李组培快繁的影响。结果表明:6-BA单独使用或者6-BA与IAA,IBA,NAA混合使用均能诱导茎段萌芽。3.0 mg/L 6-BA与1.0 mg/L IAA混合使用萌芽率最高,达到97.37%;1.0 mg/L 6-BA与配合LH使用萌芽率可达78.26%,LH对芽诱导有抑制作用。枝条上部外植体萌芽和成芽情况均优于下部外植体。生根培养基以MS+1.0 mg/L IBA效果最好。小苗移入蛭石中培养,其成活率达66.67%。 The stem with axillary buds of Prunus cerasifera was used as materials to explore the effects of the plant growth regulators on tissue culture based on the MS medium. The results showed that all media with 6-BA and anyone of IAA, IBA, NAA could induce stem germination. When the medium contained 6-BA and IAA in common, the frequency of bud germination could arrive 97.37%. However, it was 78.26% only with 6-BA. The upper stems were suitable for bud germination and formation. MS + 1.0 mg/L IBA was good for rooting. Finally, the plantlets were planted into vermiculite to culture, and 66.67% of them kept alive.
