摘要
就目前传统的SO_2葡萄保鲜技术和近年非硫、降硫葡萄保鲜技术的研究进行了分析总结。对香辛料提取物、纳他霉素采前处理、乙醇气体缓释处理、NO与低温协同、H_2、脉冲渗透式双重杀菌保鲜、水杨酸喷洒及焦亚硫酸钠保鲜纸等葡萄贮藏保鲜技术进行了阐述和展望。
In this paper, the current research on the traditional technology of sulfur dioxide and the recent non-sulfur or sulfur reducing grape preservation techniques are summarized. The spice extracts, natamycin pre- harvest treatment, ethanol gas release treatment, CO and low temperature synergism, hydrogen, pulse pene- tration type double sterilization preservation, salicylic acid spraying and sodium pyrosulfite preservative paper of grape storage technology, are expounded and prospected, provide a theoretical reference for the study on the storage technology of grape.
