摘要
指出了土壤样品中的硫化物经酸化生成硫化氢气体后,被氢氧化钠吸收生成硫化钠。硫化物在酸型介质中瞬间转化成硫化氢,用载气将该气体载入气相分子吸收光谱仪进行了测定分析。结果表明:测定的检出限为0.15mg/kg,方法的精密度和准确度完全符合要求。
Soil sulfur in the samples after acidification generating hydrogen sulfide gas is absorbed by sodium hydroxide to generate sodium sulfide. The sulphide is instantly converted to hydrogen sulfide in acid medium. The gas is loaded into a gas phase molecular absorption spectrometer for analysis with a carrier gas. The detection limit of this method is 0.15mg / kg, which completely meets the requirement of accuracy and precision.
