基于生态足迹的荔波县旅游生态环境承载力研究

Study on Tourism Ecological Carrying Capacity of Libo County Based on Ecological Footprint Model

基于生态足迹模型,研究了贵州省荔波县旅游生态环境承载力。研究结果表明:2010~2016年荔波县人均生态足迹逐年上升,人均旅游生态足迹逐年下降,人均生态赤字逐年上升,特别是在2016年,人均旅游生态赤字达到-0.009gha/cap,已经接近临界值。建议相关部门采取有效措施科学控制人均旅游生态足迹持续上升势头,尤其要重点控制重大节假日过载客流量对景区旅游生态环境的冲击,合理设计景区间客流量的空间分布,并构建动态管理机制。同时建议增加旅游资金投入,做好景区景点布局规划,积极开发新的旅游产品和旅游线路,以提高旅游生态环境承载力。

This paper studies the carrying capacity of tourism ecological environment in Libo County of Guizhou Prov- ince based on the ecological footprint model. The research results showed that per capita ecological footprint of Libo County is rising from 2010 to 2016; per capita tourism ecological footprint is declining year by year; the per capita tourism ecological deficit is rising year by year. Especially in 2016, per capita tourism ecologicaldeficit reaches 0. 009gha approaching a critical value. So, some suggestions are proposed in this paper. Relevant departments will take effective measures to control the rising of per capita tourism ecological footprint. It is necessary to focus on control- ling the impact of passenger flows on important holiday on tourism ecological environment. Moreover, this paperproposedto design reasonable space distribution for passenger flows among scenic spots and build a dynamic management mechanism. At the same time, it is proposed to increase the investment in tourism funds, make scientif- ic planning of scenic spots, actively develop new tourism products and tourist routesso as to improve the tourism eco- logical carrying capacity.
