摘要 针对榆林站DY401~DY403管道压缩机组PLC控制系统硬件老化、软件过时、防喘振等功能算法落后、系统故障导致停机次数增多的情况,从软硬件兼容性、防喘振和负荷分配控制功能算法等角度,提出了完整的国产化升级改造方案,主要包括软硬件版本升级,控制功能优化等。利用PLC模拟器与人机接口(Human Machine Interface,HMI)界面组成模拟控制系统,结合UniSim软件站场工艺和设备仿真模型机测试验证控制逻辑的可行性与可靠性,以期为今后各压气站管道压缩机组老旧控制系统的国产化升级改造提供指导。 The control system of DY401-DY403 pipeline compressor set in Yulin Compressor Station is faced with hardware aging, obsolete software, backward algorithm of anti-surge function, and more and more emergency shutdown events resulted from system failure. To solve these problems, a complete localization upgrading scheme was put forward from the aspects of the hardware and software compatibility and the algorithms of anti-surge and load distribution control. It is mainly composed of software and hardware version upgrading, control function optimization and etc. Then, the feasibility and reliability of the control logic were tested and verified by means of the simulation control system consisting of PLC simulator and HMI interface, combined with the station process of UniSim software and the device simulation model machine. The research results can be used as the guide for the localization upgrading of old control systems of pipeline compressor sets in each compressor station in the future.
