Two Common Fault Cases Analysis of Christina Ventilator

本文通过详细阐述科迪娜呼吸机常见故障和维修排查方法,为维修类似故障提供参考。文中所述故障包括"左侧屏下方检测参数V'和VTe无法显示,相应的波形没有","无正常呼吸气流,无压力"。遵循先简后难,由外而内的步骤,逐步进行排查及维修。故障一的问题部件是取样控制电磁阀,故障二问题部件为呼吸控制电磁阀,通过相应维修,故障得到解决。

This paper aims to describe common faults and maintenance methods of Christina ventilator, and provide reference for similar faults. The faults described in this paper included ＂V＂ and VTo under the left screen couldn＇t display, and there was no corresponding waveform＂, ＂no air flow and no pressure＂. Flowing the rules of from easy to hard and from outside to inside, we investigated and maintained the faults step by step. The first fault occurred on the sampling control solenoid valve, the second fault occurred on the respiratory control solenoid valve. Faults were solved with corresponding maintenance work.
