摘要 与以往的浆砌条石工艺相比较,隧道端墙式洞门墙采用片石混凝土浇筑及装饰成形施工工艺更加方便、快捷,节省工期、节约成本、质量可控,同时外观效果更整洁美观,可在类似工程中推广应用。本文以宁德沈海复线双福高速公路A3标南山隧道出口端墙式洞门墙施工为实例,阐述片石混凝土在端墙式洞门墙施工中的工艺应用研究。采用C20片石混凝土整体浇筑洞门墙后,不仅加快了施工进度,节约了施工成本,同时提高了洞门墙的施工质量和隧道整体外观形象。 Compared with the past masonry stone masonry, the construction of the tunnel wall of the end wall of the tunnel by using the stone slab concrete pouring and decoration forming process is more convenient, faster, time-saving, cost saving, quality controllable, and at the same time appearance appearance is more neat and clean. , Can be popularized and applied in similar projects. In this paper, the construction of the end wall-typed doorway at the exit of A3 Nanshan Tunnel in Ningde Shenhai-Shuangfu Expressway is taken as an example to illustrate the application of the technology of stone-slab in the construction of the end-wall type doorway. The use of C20 stone slab concrete pouring the whole door wall, not only ac- celerated the progress of construction, saving construction costs, while improving the quality of the construction of the tunnel door and the overall appearance of the tunnel image.
