金刚烷胺治疗创伤性颅脑损伤的临床应用及作用机制的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 创伤性颅脑损伤是一种常见的多发病,近年发病呈增长趋势。金刚烷胺除了具有抗病毒、抗帕金森作用外,目前有较多的研究报道金刚烷胺可应用于创伤性颅脑损伤后的治疗,包括意识障碍、认知功能与行为等。本文对金刚烷胺治疗创伤性颅脑损伤的临床应用及作用机制进行归纳总结,为进一步的研究提供依据。 Traumatic brain injury is a common and frequent disease. Amantadine is generally used for its antiviral and anti-Parkinson effects; recent studies have reported the curative effect of amantadine on conscious disturbance, cognitive impairment and behavior disorder in patients with traumatic brain injury. This article summarized clinical application and mechanism of amantadine in traumatic brain injury.
