通过广泛查阅了国内外有关腹腔镜器械清洗及检测方面研究的文章,探讨腹腔镜器械的清洗及检测规范工作流程,以保障医疗安全。通过预处理、清洗方法、检测方法的研究,我们发现预处理是器械清洗质量的前期保障,综合清洗方法对腹腔镜器械清洗效果更佳,Hemo-check-s检测血液中过氧化物酶可作为定期检测腹腔镜器械清洗效果的工具。

Extensive researches and regulations on cleaning, disinfection and management of laparoscopic instruments have been made at home and abroad. Cleaning and monitoring procedures of laparoscopic instruments have been standardized to ensure the safety of medical practice. Pretreatment is a guarantee of instrument cleaning quality and comprehensive cleaning methods are effective. Hemo-cheek-s test of blood peroxidase can be used for periodical detection of the cleaning effect of endoscopic instruments.
