摘要
磁性纳米材料作为一种新型的高分子材料,具有比表面积大、可进行表面修饰以及在外加磁场作用下易于从复杂基质中分离的特性。分子印迹技术(MIT)是通过模拟抗原-抗体结合原理制备出具有预定性、稳定性以及特异性识别聚合物的方法。以磁性纳米材料制备的分子印迹聚合物,由于具有高效、高选择性,近年来在食品分析领域的应用备受关注。综述了磁性纳米分子印迹聚合物(MMIPs)的制备方法及其在食品安全检测中的应用。
Magnetic nanoparticles is a kind of new polymer material,which has a large specific surface area and can be surface modified as well as easily separated from a complex substrate in additional magnetic field.Molecular imprinting technology is a method for preparation of polymer with reservation,stability and specific identification through the simulation of combination principle of antigen-antibody.Because of its high efficiency and selectivity,much attention is attached to magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles for its application in the field of food analysis in recent years.The synthesis methods of magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles were discussed and its application in food safety testing was summarized.
