摘要 关于相变微胶囊工艺条件、制备方法和壳芯材等方面研究的相关文献较多,并且大多以高分子材料为壳材。但是这些高分子壳材导热系数低,使得相变储能微胶囊存在导热性能差、热存储与释放效率低、功能单一、易破裂的问题,这一点直接影响相变储能微胶囊对环境温度的调控能力及其应用范围。因此,改善相变储能微胶囊的导热率、制备多功能微胶囊及以无机材料为壳材的微胶囊成为了新的研究方向。 There are many literatures about the technological conditions,the preparation methods and the shell core materials of phase change microcapsules,and most of them take the polymer material as the shell material.However,the thermal conductivity of polymer shell is lower,which leads to poor thermal conductivity,low heat storage and release efficiency,single function of phase change micro-capsules and easy to crack.It directly affects the ability of microcapsules to control the environmental temperature and its application range.Therefore,it has became a new research direction to improve the thermal conductivity of phase change energy storage micro-capsules,the preparation of functional micro-capsules and micro-capsules used inorganic materials as the shell materials.
