双面结构电磁屏蔽材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用磁控溅射法在涤纶水刺非织造布单面和双面分别沉积了纳米结构的Cu薄膜,利用矢量网络分析仪对所制备样品的电磁屏蔽效能进行了测试,并理论计算分析了单面屏蔽材料和双面屏蔽材料的屏蔽效能。结果表明:在总镀膜时间相同的情况下,双面屏蔽材料的电磁屏蔽效能要明显优于普通单面屏蔽材料的电磁屏蔽效能;普通单面屏蔽材料只对低波有相对较好的屏蔽效果,而双面屏蔽材料对低波和高波都有相对较好的屏蔽效果,且随着电磁波频率的增大,其屏蔽效能呈增大的趋势。 Nanostructure copper film deposited on the one side and two sides of polyester fiber spunlace nonwovens by magnetron sputtering method.The electromagnetic shielding property of sample was tested by vector network analyzer.The shielding effectiveness of single shielding material and double shielding material were analyzed by theoretical calculation.Experimental results showed that the electromagnetic shielding property of double shielding material was obvious better than single shielding material on the same coating time.Single shielding material had better shielding effect to the low electromagnetic wave.However,double shielding material had better shielding effect to the low electromagnetic wave and high electromagnetic wave.The shielding effectiveness had the trend to increase with the increase of wave frequency.
