紫外光固化氮磷/SiO_2有机-无机杂化膨胀阻燃涂层的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO_2溶胶,并将其按不同比例添加到实验室自制的膨胀型光固化磷氮阻燃剂(PETA/MATPT/DAPMP)中制得紫外光固化有机-无机杂化膨胀阻燃涂层,并对其进行表征。研究结果表明:SiO_2溶胶添加量达到15%(wt,质量分数)时,紫外光固化有机-无机杂化膨胀阻燃涂层的膨胀行为基本保持不变,其单向膨胀度仍然能达到126倍,基材背火面的温度最低为338℃,对基材的保护作用显著改善,具有较好的阻燃性能。 UV curable SiO_2 sol was synthesized by sol-gel method,which was further blended with an inflatable and UV curable nitrogen-phosphorus-containing flame retardant(PETA/MATPT/DAPMP)prepared in our previous work in different proportions to obtain UV curable organic-inorganic flame retardant coating,which was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that when the addition of SiO_2 sol was 15(wt)% ,the expansion property of coating remained essentially unchanged,and the unidirectional expansion degree of coating was 126 times,and the minimum temperature of substrate back was 338℃ .The protective effect on the substrate was improved significantly and exhibited preferable flame retardant properties.
